What Premier is
Premier Betting Tips publishes football, basketball and tennis predictions, odds and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. Premier is not a bookmaker, betting exchange or gambling operator: it does not accept, place or process any bet or wager, and no money changes hands through the app for betting of any kind. Any wagering you choose to do elsewhere, based on content you see here, is between you and that operator, entirely at your own discretion and risk.
No guarantee of outcome
Predictions reflect our own analysis of statistics, form and other public information. Sport is unpredictable: we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or outcome of any tip, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a decision you make based on content in this app.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum legal age for sports betting content in your country, which is 18 in most jurisdictions, and you are responsible for complying with the gambling and betting laws that apply where you live. Do not use this app if sports betting content is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Free content and VIP access
A free selection of tips is available to every device with no account required. VIP access unlocks additional tips on a per-category basis: unlocking one VIP category does not unlock any other. VIP and day-pass access is sold as a one-time or auto-renewing purchase through the App Store or Google Play, and is charged to your store account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings; we cannot cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly.
Your account
Adding an email is optional and is used only to keep your favorites, preferences and VIP access in sync across your devices. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity associated with your device and, if added, your email.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, circumvent VIP access controls, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and the analysis and content we publish belong to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial viewing; you may not copy, redistribute or resell our content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any loss connected to a bet or wager placed elsewhere.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or restrict access for a device that breaches these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app.
