Overview
This policy explains what Premier Betting Tips collects, why, and the choices you have. Premier is a football, basketball and tennis predictions app: it publishes tips and analysis, and does not process bets or wagers of any kind.
Information we collect
A random device ID is created the first time you open the app, with no account or sign-up required to browse free tips. If you choose to add an email address, we store it so your favorites, preferences and VIP access carry over to your other devices. We also store: your favorite sports and categories, a display name if you set one, a push notification token if you allow notifications, and records of any VIP or day-pass purchase (product, plan, category, price tier and expiry date, and the store receipt used to verify it).
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, location or photos. Nothing you enter is used to build an advertising profile.
How we use this information
We use it to show you the right tips and categories, keep your favorites and VIP access in sync if you add an email, verify a purchase with Apple or Google before unlocking VIP content, and send a push notification when new tips are published, if you have that turned on. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services we rely on
Apple and Google process in-app purchases and send us confirmation that a subscription is active; we never see your card details. Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) delivers push notifications. Our servers and the images shown in the app are hosted by our cloud storage and hosting providers.
Data retention
Device and purchase records are kept for as long as your device keeps using the app, so your VIP access and preferences stay intact between sessions. Removing the app from your device stops all further use of its device ID; it does not automatically erase prior purchase records, which we may be required to keep for tax, accounting or dispute purposes.
Your choices
You can turn off push notifications, remove your email, and change your favorite sports or categories at any time from Profile. Deleting the app stops further data collection from that device. For any other request, including access to or deletion of the data we hold about you, contact us at premierbetpredictions@gmail.com.
Age requirement
Premier Betting Tips is intended for users who meet the minimum legal age for sports betting content in their country, which is 18 in most jurisdictions. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
